Paddington House of Pancakes

No. I don't think they have any relations with Paddington's Bear.^^ This ONE, i must say, hail to pancakes! They serve the MOST DELICIOUS pancakes EVER. Even the chunks of nuts sprinkled on the pancakes taste wonderful. The only thing i can say is, they will definately see more of me there. Gotta pay them visits until i tasted all the pancakes available. It's to that extend. Haha! I am helpless. ^^

Gimme gimme more..gimme gimme..

Jack, did you see this?don't sweat.

Jack's 1st Trip to KB ~ Part 3

On the last day of Jack's stay, we woke up late.Got up of bed at 11am and mummy was already in the living room watching her Hokkien drama. We had our brunch at home and went to KB Mall for a stroll. It was a simple day out and its so good to be able to spend our precious time together again. We had dinner at Orchard Garden in Tumpat with my family. I initiated the dinner but ah tiu was too quick to settle the bills. ;p Well, next time i will insist for the bills.

Jack's 1st Trip to KB ~ Part 2

Friday. Day off in Kelantan. We went jogging in the morning with papa and had beef noodle in a restaurant near KB Mall. Couldn't remember the name of the shop though. Haha. It was very good and Jack enjoyed it too. I love the hong dou bing! It was the nicest i have ever had.In the afternoon, we went to Pengkalan Kubur Duty Free Shopping Centre for a visit and stopped by three famous Siamese temples. We had some local specialties there too. Dinner in Restoran Kampung Kulim was so goood. I heart the kampung chicken!

Jack's 1st Trip to KB

Jack was here from 25th til 29th Mac. It was indeed a short yet fulfilling period. Really glad to have him here. Was missing him bacause it has been one month since we last met. We went to some places but the main point for us to plan for this stay is to have him knowing my family. It went well, and i am so glad about it.

On 25th of Mac, we went to Restoran Hover in KB for Jack's very first taste of Nasi Dagang with mummy and little baby Shen Shen. The rice was nice but i am not sure if Jack enjoyed it as he is not really fond of spicy food.:p

Nasi dagang- the half-cut egg is a special add-on for him from mummy.

After breakfast, we stayed home for a leisure morning. It was fun playing with baby Shen Shen. He is such a cutie.^^

Jack with Shen Shen

We had a late lunch in Yati Ayam Percik. I am not sure why it is so famous here as i found the chicken a bit too sweet for me. We tried some other kuih as well. But we regretted ordering the air mata kucing as the taste was kind of weird.

Ayam percik

We had our dinner in a name-less but famous chicken chop restaurant in town with papa, mummy and my little brother Luung. The chicken chop was really good, but its portion was so big that after dinner, mummy said she wouldn't want to have chicken chop anymore for the rest of the month.^^ We then went to Jalan Kebun Sultan and had some cendol and ABC. We prefer the ABC as there were chunks of nuts and it was not too sweet. Definately have to come back for more!

I love the veges and the wedges..yummy!

1st of all~~

I am a Chinese girl living in Kota Bharu. Well, yes we do have pork here. And, no we do not live on trees or in caves.

I don't look like a typical Chinese. I am a dark-skinned girl who speak loghat kelate and hokkien kelantan. I know a little bit of Thais language because my grandma watches Thai tv channels at home. I am Chinese educated and yes, we have chinese schools here for God's sake.

And, this blog is for my own record of the life i am living in.

^^
